Closed public toilets could be reopened following protests from residents. A review of eight toilet blocks in shopping centres which were said to have become out of date has been agreed by Dudley Council. The authority’s transport and community safety department said the review will involve looking at a number of options. These include reinstating the toilets or liaising with local businesses that have the appropriate facilities to see if their WCs could be made available.
