A man was given a four year Criminal Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO). This ban restricts him from a number of leisure centres in the Midlands after stealing many items from the premises. The order also prevents Lee Lynch entering the grounds and buildings of any school, university or college campus in the West Midlands without the prior approval of the police. He was jailed for more than a year for the offences.
