Two teenagers have been convicted of looting a wholesalers during last year’s riots. About 40 people in total raided the Makro store, stealing £15,000 of goods, and the duo were two of seven people to be sentenced. Jurors heard that one of the defendants was arrested after police linked to him blood found on three television boxes which had been stolen from the store in Reading. The seven defendants will be sentenced in February.
