A businessman has turned abandoned toilets into an ‘eaterie’ called Drovers Return to realise a dream after three years. The opportunity unusually came when Northampton man Colin Ingle spotted the hitherto-unseen gap in the market while he was out walking his dog in 2008, and he immediately set out to convert the former toilet facility. He said of his new cafe in the town: “It’s been very busy in the first few days.”
