A district council is “overjoyed” at the price fetched for a sea front toilet block as funds will go towards building a new public toilet. Trevor Ivory, a North Norfolk district councillor, said he was “overjoyed” at the price obtained of more than £100,000 for the block in Norfolk. He added: “It will pay for the construction of a new toilet block in Sheringham and leaves money left over for other projects.”
Carpark Barriers and Turnstiles specialise in barrier and turnstile technology suitable for many commercial access control applications including toilet turnstiles which are ideal for raising revenue for councils. Patrons pay a nominal fee to enter the durable and secure turnstiles, and are the answer to councils suffering budget cuts. Half Height Turnstiles are ideal for controlling access in environments such as reception areas, health clubs, and libraries. They are a customer-friendly alternative to full height turnstiles, and provide an unobtrusive method of controlling flow to certain areas of your premises.
